We are currently seeking a Document Management and Services Professional to join our team. As a Document Management and Services Professional, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your duties will include preparing and developing drawing & document control registers, submitting drawings & documents to relevant stakeholders, and receiving, checking, and distributing supplier documentation.

You will also be responsible for controlling approval/comment processes with suppliers, providing support for shipowners, including dry dock repeat material ordering, OSSP tracker admin, aftersales invoicing, open order expediting, data filing, and stock control. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based at our Rosyth site, with hybrid working arrangements- 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, matched contribution pension scheme, life assurance, access to a Digital GP, annual health check, and nutritional consultations through Aviva DigiCare+, employee share scheme, employee shopping savings portal, payment of professional fees, and reservists' special paid leave.
