Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Babcock International Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering governance and assurance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of Business Management Systems (BMS) across the UK Marine Sector. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering the BMS change programme, which includes managing internal projects and leading the migration to Global BMS. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to establish business-as-usual maintenance and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the UK Marine Engineering BMS Project
  • Lead the BMS Migration Agility to Global BMS
  • Establish business-as-usual maintenance and development processes for the engineering BMS

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering governance, assurance, and delivery, as well as knowledge of Business Management Systems. A degree in a relevant discipline and SC security clearance are also required.
