General Engineering Lead

Babcock International Group is a leading provider of defence, security, and aerospace solutions. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Bristol or Rosyth, with hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Business Management Systems (BMS) across the UK Marine Sector, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the BMS change programme. This will involve managing internal projects, leading the migration to Global BMS, and establishing business-as-usual maintenance and development processes.
The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring that engineering governance and assurance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This will require strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:- Experience in engineering governance, assurance, and delivery
- Knowledge of Business Management Systems
- SC security clearance
- Relevant degree in a technical discipline
