Job Title: 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for infrastructure systems, including Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on 2nd line support.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
