Job Description

Job Title: 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team as a 2nd Line Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our infrastructure systems, including Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for infrastructure systems, including Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
  • Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, storage, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
