Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this Administrative Leader role include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Maintaining practice management systems, ensuring data quality, and facilitating the lifecycle of Letters of Engagement (LOEs).
  • Expertise in onboarding processes, invoicing systems, and payment processes.
  • Knowledge of anti-Money Laundering regulations and internal processes.
  • Mentoring and coaching administrators, fostering their professional growth and development.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
