Job Description:

About the Role:

  As a Technical Programme Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing plans for end-to-end implementation across lifecycle phases. You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Technology colleagues, and broader Enterprise Data Domain teams within Digital & Technology to achieve Data and Business strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  •   Define, document, and agree the scope of projects and rules of engagement in collaboration with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and broader teams within Enterprise Data.
  •   Develop and track end-to-end plans and high-level delivery roadmaps to achieve FY/Quarterly objectives and key results goals.
  •   Define, document, own, and maintain detailed project plans, aligning to high-level roadmaps and supporting implementation.
  •   Provide regular project updates as required, including tracking financial benefits progress on a weekly basis.
  •   Identify and raise programme-level risks / blockers to STPM in good time to manage.
Requirements:
  •   5+ years of demonstrated successful Project Management experience.
  •   Previous experience of delivering projects with technical dependencies and working with technical leads.
  •   Experience of creating well-crafted E2E plans and managing delivery roadmaps across the lifecycle.
  •   Working experience of Agile environments (Scrum/ceremonies) and hybrid models (Agile-Waterfall).
  •   Experience of implementing risk and dependencies strategies, demonstrating control across the project lifecycle.
  •   Managing projects with multi-functional teams.
Salary Range:

  £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
