Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing facility with a fast-paced environment
  • Regular exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: £24,700 - £31,000 based on 36.5 hours/week
  • Shift Bonus: £3,500/year (based on attendance)
  • Overtime: £4,300/year (after 36.5 hours)
  • Sunday Rate: £5,400/year
