Location is a key factor in this role, with the company located near a major transportation hub.

Salary is competitive, ranging from £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager, ensuring business compliance and supporting the team with daily administration functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging weekly meetings for the team, recording minutes, updating systems, and sharing minutes.
  • Supporting the team with conducting audits, reporting non-conformance, and quality issues.
  • Supporting data gathering and task completion of critical checks, fleet checks, stores audits, tender tracking, and plant register.
  • Compiling and maintaining sub-contractor documentation related to HSEQ.
  • Assisting in incident reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of commercial administration support experience.
  • Experience in document control and updating databases.
  • Proven ability to follow company processes, support a wider team, and meet deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft skills across Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving Licence.
