The Undergraduate Programme Coordinator will be integral to the team, forming close relationships with teaching staff to deliver efficient exam and assessment processes.

The role involves maintaining module records, ensuring effective exam and coursework submissions, and providing support for learning resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, be able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds, and have administrative experience.

The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit administrative and teaching team, with opportunities for career development and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining module records and ensuring accurate information is available to students and staff.
  • Providing front-line support for students and teaching staff, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Ensuring effective exam and coursework submissions, including coordinating with teaching staff and students.
  • Supporting the Industrial Exchange Coordinator in coordinating applications and processing placements.
  • Providing support for learning resources, including Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) and Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs).
