About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events and Telesales Executive to join our team at Ecruit. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for assisting with event preparation and delivery, selling our products and services to event attendees, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or events, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Prepare and deliver events to promote our products and services.
  2. Sell our products and services to event attendees, achieving targets and exceeding sales expectations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Support the events team with logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless event execution.
