**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to join our team at Blayze Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations for our construction development in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for material deliveries, movement, and management on site.
- Coordinate with trade contractors to ensure just-in-time deliveries and efficient material management.
- Manage and develop existing Digital Management Systems (DMS).
- Collaborate with the Project Control team to ensure programmed works are planned for access and egress routes across the site.
- Contribute to the development of existing partial occupation strategies.
- Manage and develop existing waste strategies.
- Liaise with the security team to ensure site security.
- Lead a team of logistics supervisors, traffic marshals, hoist drivers, waste operatives, fire marshals, general labourers, and cleaners.
- Ensure housekeeping of common areas is maintained to the highest standard.
- Oversee all daily logistics operations, including the raising of purchase orders and ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is adequate.
- Participate in Daily Activity Briefings (DABs) and review RAMS and strategy documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with FORS and CLOCS regulations.
- Monitor plant and equipment and ensure PAT testing is carried out.
