Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Bay View Childcare. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the Home.
- Support the Team in providing a safe, secure, and positive environment for the children and young adults.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager at any time when the Registered Manager is not physically present at the Home.
- Assist in the continuous improvement and development of the quality, image, and reputation of the Home.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

Requirements:
