About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store, while ensuring exceptional customer and patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication reviews.
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, as well as a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and customer care.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
  • Strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • High levels of professional expertise and a reputation for excellence among stakeholders, peers, patients, and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
