About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store, while ensuring exceptional customer and patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Build the capability of store teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks, medication reviews, and disease management programs.What You'll Need to Succeed:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our customers and patients. In addition, you will require:

    • The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store initiatives to drive strong performance results.
    • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
    • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and a reputation for being widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.Our Benefits:
