About this role

We are seeking an accomplished Store Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive sales and performance. As a Pharmacist, you will provide expert care and advice to our customers, while also developing a strong team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic leadership to drive store performance and customer satisfactionDelivering pharmacy services and advice to customersDeveloping team members through coaching and mentoringEnsuring customer and patient safety through regular audits and risk assessmentsLeading by example, demonstrating a professional and caring approach
