We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our retail pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store, while maintaining a strong focus on customer and patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, ensuring that customer and patient needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build the capability of store teams through coaching, development, and training.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication reviews.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help us deliver exceptional customer and patient care. You will also need to have:

  • The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
  • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • Be a great communicator, able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
