Teacher's Aide for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher's Aide to join our team at Teach Now. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Adapting learning strategies to meet diverse needs
• Creating a nurturing environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require additional support in their learning journey. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The successful candidate will also have:
• Experience working with children with MLD, SLD, PMLD, ASC, and SALT needs
• A proven track record of adapting learning strategies to meet diverse needs

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career development.
