Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet guest expectations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to enhance our culinary offerings.
