Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager, Experience is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our luxury retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty, including in-store events and personalized shopping experiences
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff training
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Canada Goose remains a leader in the luxury retail market
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury brands
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
