Development Planning Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to join our team in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and be able to lead complex projects with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team of planners on large-scale projects.
- Legislative Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with UK planning legislation and policies.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- At least 10 years' experience in town planning
- Advanced understanding of UK planning legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
