At Carrington West, we are seeking a skilled Urban Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

This role offers hands-on experience across all stages of the design and planning process, allowing you to broaden your skillset and make a real impact.

You will work with a wide range of clients on everything from residential and commercial projects to mixed-use schemes. As a key member of our team, you will get to develop your career and work towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits, making this a great opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level.

  • Strong experience in town planning, ideally within residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and local plans

  • Ambition to develop your career and work towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner (if not already chartered)
