We are seeking a seasoned Urban Development Specialist to join our expanding operations in Bedfordshire.
This role requires expertise across various scales and a proven track record in the UK planning system. As an Urban Development Specialist, you will lead projects, collaborate with clients and authorities, and train junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead town planning projects and initiatives
- Liaise with clients, external consultants, and local authorities
- Train and develop junior team members
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the planning industry (private or public sectors)
- Full UK driving licence
- Bonus scheme

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
