**Housing Needs Advocate**
We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Support Officer to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a Housing Needs Advocate, you will work closely with participants to identify their specific housing needs, develop tailored accommodation plans, and conduct regular assessments to ensure their needs are being met.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
- Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
**Requirements**
To excel as a Housing Needs Advocate, you will require experience or knowledge of accommodation, including legislation, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships is essential, as well as good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
