Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development calls and networking
  • Build and grow a client portfolio to understand their current and future recruitment needs
  • Consult with clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business
  • Negotiate rates with clients and manage client expectations
  • Network to become an expert in your market and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates, interview and assess client fit
  • Support both candidates and clients through the interview and offer stage
  • Provide a thorough post-placement care service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry, with a track record of achieving targets and embedding yourself in your sector
  • Experience within a professional services environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
