Job Title: Senior ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development calls and networking
- Build and grow a client portfolio to understand their current and future recruitment needs
- Consult with clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business
- Negotiate rates with clients and manage client expectations
- Network to become an expert in your market and stay up-to-date with industry trends

- Support both candidates and clients through the interview and offer stage
- Provide a thorough post-placement care service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and embedding yourself in your sector
- Experience within a professional services environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
