About the Role

We are looking for a confident and resilient individual who is passionate about sales and recruitment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing market knowledge and becoming a sector expert. You will use this knowledge to provide a high-quality service to our clients, finding and matching the best candidates to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates, helping to develop your business
  • Develop sales skills and recruitment knowledge

Requirements

We are looking for a confident communicator with a strong work ethic and resilient attitude. You will have a strong financial motivation and entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to maximize your full potential. No previous recruitment experience is required, as you will receive full training with our Internal Learning and Development team.
