Job Title: Senior ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their fit for client roles and provide recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
