About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Social Worker to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a Social Worker, you will be working within low and medium secure services for male patients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007).
Main Responsibilities:
- Educate hospital staff on relevant safeguarding matters.
- Complete annual social care reassessments within the CPA format.
- Facilitate access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services, and associated support services.
- Participate in 1:1 supervision.
Requirements:
Registration with Social Work England, a Social Work degree, and post-qualified experience are required for this role. The successful candidate will report to the Safeguarding Lead and manage internal investigations and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process. The role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum with a generous benefits package.
