About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team, working in primary care to provide expert care to patients with Type 2 Diabetes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

The role involves conducting clinics in GP practices, care homes, and health centres, as well as home-based work. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of corporate nursing responsibilities and be able to identify sub-optimally controlled patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including a car allowance, company pension, private medical insurance, and NMC/RCN fees.
