We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist Care Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves supporting the high-risk foot caseload, developing and delivering high-quality patient care, and improving patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Podiatrist to work across community and hospital settings. The successful candidate will have experience working with high-risk feet, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To support the management of high-risk foot patients, including those with complex diabetes foot problems.
  • To develop and deliver health promotion events to raise awareness of foot health and prevention of complications.
  • To participate in departmental clinical governance initiatives and contribute to the development of standard guidelines and protocols.
  • To work closely with other members of the Podiatry team, as well as healthcare professionals from other disciplines, to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Certificate in local Anaesthesia
  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
  • Substantial post-graduate experience within Podiatry, preferably in a similar role
  • Previous experience of working with high-risk feet and recent CPD to support this
  • Car driver and access to a vehicle for work purposes
