Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our Home Care Team in Milton and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, tailored care to support and enrich the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Customers: Accompany customers to appointments, shopping, and social events, while also providing companionship and making a positive impact on their daily lives.
- Personal Care: Assist customers with daily living routines, including washing, dressing, and personal care, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Understanding Care Plans: Familiarize yourself with the care plan in place for each customer, ensuring that you provide the necessary support and care to meet their unique needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and clear records of the care and support provided at each visit, while also reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant team members.
- Health and Wellbeing: Promote the health and wellbeing of customers by ensuring they have eaten and are drinking enough to maintain their overall health and resilience.
