Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual to provide domiciliary care services to our residents. Your tasks will include:
  • Providing all aspects of physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, and well-being of our residents.
  • Encouraging independence and self-belief.
  • Ensuring records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification. You should also be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player. A passion for delivering quality care is essential, as is flexibility with hours.

Location and Working Hours
This role is based at Shenley Wood Retirement Village in Milton Keynes. You'll work on an ad-hoc basis, with varied shifts including days and nights. Although mainly weekends, weekday cover may be required.
