Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Gold Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, supporting them with daily living tasks and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members under the guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests, answer doors and phones, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Report on resident well-being and collaborate with GPs and support managers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents and coordinate care rotas to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional and respectful manner.
