We are seeking a Care Professional to join our team in Great Holm, Milton Keynes. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality support services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes independence and choice.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Manual driving licence required.
