Care Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Professional to provide essential support to students in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in care or education, but it's not essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care support to students, including dressing, feeding, and hygiene.
- Assisting with classroom activities to foster engagement and learning.
- Building positive relationships to provide emotional and social support to students.
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner.
- Promoting independence by helping students develop life skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of care and progress, liaising with teaching staff and parents.
