Star People is excited to be searching for an experienced Territory Manager who is commercially astute and passionate about adding value to our growing team. This role is perfect for a driven and successful Sales Representative seeking a new opportunity to progress their career within a well-established and ambitious organisation.

We are looking for someone with excellent commercial acumen and experience working in a territory, as well as experience selling devices, pharma or FMCG / OTC products. As a Territory Manager at Star People, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, mapping and selling in to key decision makers, and developing and maintaining a complete understanding of the decision making and purchasing processes involved.

The ideal candidate will have drive, ambition and hunger to come in and make a mark, and will be able to develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio and customer needs. In return, we offer a competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) and an extensive benefits package, including a generous commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales targets are met

  • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the decision making and purchasing processes involved
  • Ensure customer records are kept up to date at all times
