Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technology Transformation Manager to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our technology transformation efforts and driving innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology transformation efforts across the organization, driving innovation and improvement in our technology stack.
  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of technologists, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in C# development.
  • Proven track record of leading technology transformations and driving innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
