About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Tax Transformation team in KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program
  • Help clients design, build and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions which are designed for Tax
  • Support our clients understand the importance of Tax, the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries and the value that it can bring
  • Work together with our other Tax Transformation colleagues as well as other groups in KPMG such as Consulting
  • Help clients develop robust global governance and process frameworks
  • Develop our service offerings and service delivery models
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Line manage managers and assistant managers and oversee output of offshore resource in order to deliver client projects;
  • Identify opportunities to identify additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialists.
  • Coach and technical support for other team members.
  • Follow KPMG best practice and policy.
