About the Role

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Transformation Manager to lead our technology transformation efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving technological advancements and ensuring our company remains best in class for technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technology team and manage the technology transformation process
  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect to develop and implement new technologies
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the team's success
  • Drive technological advancements and ensure our company remains best in class for technology
  • Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in software development
  • 5+ years of experience managing development teams
  • Strong C# development background and experience working with Microsoft Azure
  • Previous experience in a technology transformation role or similar
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
