Job Title: Senior Technology Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Transformation Manager to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our technology transformation efforts and driving innovation in our trading software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology transformation of our trading software development team
  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Manage a team of technologists and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
  • Drive innovation and improvement in our trading software development processes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in software development, with 5+ years of experience managing development teams
  • Strong C# development background and experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
  • Proven track record of leading technology transformations and driving innovation
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
