Job Title: Senior Technology Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Transformation Manager to lead our technology transformation efforts and drive innovation in our trading software development team.

As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for managing our technology team, leading technology transformation initiatives, and ensuring our technology remains best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology transformation initiatives to drive innovation and improve our trading software development capabilities
  • Manage a team of technologists and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to develop and implement technology strategies
  • Ensure our technology remains best-in-class and aligned with industry trends
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to support our technology transformation efforts

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in software development, with 5+ years of experience managing development teams
  • Strong C# development background and experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
  • Proven track record of leading technology transformation initiatives and driving innovation
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Salary: £100-135k basic + executive scheme management bonus + benefits
