About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to support our Produce site in Gadbrook, working closely with the site leadership team to drive financial performance and growth. As a key member of our Manufacturing Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review site weekly and monthly accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization across manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to drive business improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate costing models for site products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to drive margin growth and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Support the production of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to inform business planning.
  • Provide critical support to site operations teams, offering financial and commercial expertise to drive business success.

About You

  • Proven experience as an accountant within manufacturing, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
