About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in North West England. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and driving revenue growth through consultative sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) drive on each site, focusing on organic and prospect growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with the assigned territory.
  • Pull together internal and external activities on assigned customer sites.
  • Support and coach a small team of sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within the existing customer base and major, competitively-held accounts.
  • Work closely with large, strategic customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
