About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Manufacturing Finance team at WM Morrisons' Gadbrook site. As a key member of the team, you will support the site leadership in finance business partnering and drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review site weekly and monthly accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization across manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to drive insight and improve operational performance.
  • Responsible for costing site products for Morrisons and external customers.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to drive margin growth.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of values.
  • Support the production of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide key support to site operations teams in terms of financial and commercial insights.
About You

We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in accounting within manufacturing. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hold a relevant finance qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA.
