We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Manufacturing Finance team at WM Morrisons. As a key member of the team, you will support the Produce site in Gadbrook by providing financial insights and analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the preparation of site weekly and monthly accounts
* Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization
* Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to drive insight and improve operational performance
* Responsible for the costing of site products for Morrisons and external customers
* Work with sourcing teams to drive margin growth
* Monitor and report on inventory levels and ensure accuracy of values
* Support the production of budgets and forecasts
* Provide key support to site operations teams in terms of financial and commercial insights

About You

* Proven experience as an accountant within manufacturing is desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Hold a relevant finance qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA
