Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Proxycare Limited. As a key member of our healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health care to clients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin number and recent experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
