We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at an NHS Trust in the Chester area. As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with mental health needs, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote patient-centered care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant policies and procedures.
