We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Fern Lodge, a specialist care setting in Chester. As a leading independent provider of adult care services, we support adults with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a qualified Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promote independence, and enhance the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to service users with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to the assessment, planning, and delivery of care and support services
  • Participate in staff training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Support the promotion of a positive and inclusive culture within the care setting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant nursing qualification, experience working with adults with mental health needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate effectively with service users and colleagues, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
