Job Title: Senior E-discovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery and RelativityOne specialist to join our team at our London office on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the life of a project.
  • Gather project requirements and ensure they are properly documented.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody-related documents.
  • Interact with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success.
  • Knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation.
  • Ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client-by-client basis.
  • Assist the team with project administrative tasks such as monthly invoicing.
  • Provide training to clients on using eDiscovery platforms.

Qualifications and Specialist Skills:

  • Good experience in professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of litigation support applications including RelativityOne. Additional knowledge of Concordance or Nuix is helpful. Strong technical understanding and/or experience with the eDiscovery process, lifecycle, and technical issues is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and technology.
  • Data collection experience is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills would be helpful.
  • Any additional languages would be useful.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Additional certifications in relevant tools and/or technologies preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Extensive working experience with RelativityOne. Experience managing projects in additional industry-leading litigation support software is helpful.
